RETURN/EXCHANGE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Good Nature EVAPOR, LLC does not accept any returns or exchanges on product unless defective.  An item with a cosmetic default is not considered defective. Any opened bottle of e-liquid will not be returned for any reason unless defective during the manufacturing process. Defective hardware products will be covered under warranty by the manufacturer and customer should handle the claim process directly with the manufacturer. We will assist with this process to the best of our ability. If product is defective and you require a return or exchange please contact us via email at info@goodnatureevapor.com to speak with a Sales Representative directly.  Any return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order delivery confirmation. Good Nature EVAPOR reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.

SHIPPING
Currently we are only shipping within the State of Wisconsin.

All orders will be prepared to ship on weekdays the same day if placed before 2pm CST. In unforeseen circumstances, and items cannot be shipped same day, we will reach out to the customer and provide a solution.

All Wisconsin orders are shipped via USPS. Once shipped, your order can take up to 5-10 mailing days to arrive to you depending on your location. Shipments inside Wisconsin are generally 1-2 business days. Shipments may not be completed during weekends or national holidays. Good Nature Evapor does not assume any responsibility for lost packages, damaged packages, or stolen packages.
**NOTE: Good Nature EVAPOR does not have control over shipment carrier delivery methods. Shipping, product, and service pricing for over the phone orders may vary.
