RETURN/EXCHANGE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Good Nature EVAPOR, LLC does not accept any returns or exchanges on product unless defective. An item with a cosmetic default is not considered defective. Any opened bottle of e-liquid will not be returned for any reason unless defective during the manufacturing process. Defective hardware products will be covered under warranty by the manufacturer and customer should handle the claim process directly with the manufacturer. We will assist with this process to the best of our ability. If product is defective and you require a return or exchange please contact us via email at info@goodnatureevapor.com to speak with a Sales Representative directly. Any return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order delivery confirmation. Good Nature EVAPOR reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.
SHIPPING
We only ship to the lower 48 states that do not charge an excise tax directly to the consumer.
State Regulations:
Due to State rules and regulations, we will not process orders for the following states...
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming. Furthermore, we are unable to ship any flavored vaping products to the city of Chicago, Illinois.
All orders will be prepared to ship on weekdays the same day if placed before 2pm CST. In unforeseen circumstances, and items cannot be shipped same day, we will reach out to the customer and provide a solution.
